Hakan Kupesiz returned to Emory Investment Management in 2012, having previously worked for one year in 2008 as a graduate investments intern while earning his MBA at Emory’s Goizueta Business School. His responsibilities include analysis, performance monitoring, and due diligence on current and prospective investments. Prior to joining Emory, he held an investment analytics-focused role at Gresham Investment Management, a New York-based firm that manages over $14 billion of client assets in diversified commodity investment portfolios. Previously, Kupesiz worked internationally for 10 years in engineering and management roles with multiple firms including Philips Electronics. Kupesiz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Orta Dogu Teknik University in Ankara, Turkey and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
